I’m grateful for: Making a call today in which, by chance, I ran into the exact person for whom I’d just received a job announcement from a friend. Felt good to play matchmaker.
Thank you to: my boss for being upfront about an organization being beyond help. Freed me from feeling incompetent for having failed to resuscitate it.
